
I had not danced in four months.
The power went out during the wedding ceremony—like, literally right after “I now pronounce you man and wife.” It was clammy, warm, and happy at the venue while they carted the ingredients for dinner off to an alternate location to be cooked. (The bar was fully up and running, if a little low on ice.)
